I have been making home loans for over 20 years.  I have learned a few valuable lessons that I now use to help my customers with their biggest financial transaction.

Be Honest -  Honesty is the ONLY policy.  I will never tell you something that will keep you from the best product for your needs.  I will not offer a pre-approval without knowing that your loan has the ability to close.  Mortgage originators across the nation have a bad reputation of not being honest with their customers.  If it is good or bad news I will tell it to you straight. 

Be Available -  Call me anytime at 859-699-9500.  I am always going to answer or return you call in a timely manner.  Customers get frustrated when their loan originator leaves them out of the loop.  I will always answer your questions so that you are informed of where you are in the process.

Be Efficient - Your mortgage loan needs to close asap.  I am going to give you complete and simple instructions that will allow you to close fast.  All parties involved want your transaction to go smooth and efficient.  My goal is to keep your loan moving forward even when problems arise.

I LOVE what I do for a living.  During my mortgage career I have worked for big banks and small lenders.  I have been a "rookie of the year", a regional manager, an wholesale account executive, a collection supervisor.  The job that I love the most is I am YOUR LOAN EXPERT!

I am licensed in Kentucky and Florida.  My office location is in Georgetown, KY.  I do travel to Florida multiple times per year to meet with realtors and customers about their mortgage loan needs.  Most of my customers use technology to complete their loan process.  If you want to come to the office you are always welcome to come to my office for a meeting.

I am the fundraising coordinator and league coordinator for Scott County Youth Baseball.  I enjoy watching my son play for his multiple sports teams.  I have coached baseball for the past 7 years.  I also love to take pictures of local athletes playing the game they love.  Nothing makes me happier than giving a kid a picture of them while they are playing their sports. 

I attend Crossroads Church.  I love to sing and I have wasted this talent.  Catch me at Karaoke night and I might just sing a tune.
